Xcel is doing a lot of things right these days, but unfortunately it has invested over a billion dollars in fossil fuel assets. Most importantly more than a billion dollars has been spent on the new Unit 3 coal plant in Pueblo. Now it wants ratepayers to pay for the plant--even though there are serious questions about its long term coal supply. Come learn what our choices are and what is involved in Xcel's present "GRSA" rate case before the Public Utilities Commission.
